Where is my order?

Royal mail aim to deliver next day but advise to allow up to 5 working days to arrive.

My item arrived damaged/faulty, what should I do?

Please contact us ASAP and we will arrange a return and replacement
*Note. Atomizers usually last around 7-14 days and batteries 1-3 months dependant on usage and cannot classed as faulty after this time.

When I press the button nothing happens, no lights, no vapour, what’s going on?

• The safety lock may be on, to activate the battery press down the power button 5 times in rapid succession, the button should flash a few times and you should be ready to go.
• Make sure your battery is sufficiently charged before use, to check plug it into your charger and wait for the light located on the charger goes green.

Who can purchase an E Cigarette / E Liquids?

What is the shelf life of E Liquid?

The shelf life of E-Liquid is approximately 6-12 months if stored properly in a cool, dark, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Always keep the E-Liquid is a safe place out of the reach of children.

Should I charge the battery before I use my E Cigarette?

Charging the battery for 3 to 4 hours is always a good idea before first use of your E Cig kit. This will allow for longer battery use in the future. Batteries should last for 6 to 8 hours, depending on the mAh of the battery and how much you use it in a day.

My E Liquid has changed in colour since I've ordered it. Is it still safe to use?

E Liquid usually darkens in colour from the time of manufacture. This process is known as steeping and the Lliquid is still perfectly safe to use. Some flavours will also strengthen during this process and some people much prefer to wait a while before using the E Liquid.

How do I refill the cartridge or Atomizer?

Just unscrew the Atomizer at the mouth piece and slowly fill the Atomizer tank until it is at the fill mark. Then secure the tank flush against the bottom of the mouth piece and screw it back on. Try to avoid the centre hole as this is your air flow. If a bottom fill tank turn the tank upside down and fill from the base, again take care not to overfill and avoid the centre hole.
